Environmental Compliance Approval Amendment dated August 12, 2014 The reasons for this amendment to the Approval are to approve the following:
  • Ash Sampling and Testing Protocol as required Condition 7(7)(a)
  • Spill Contingency & Emergency Response Plan as required Condition 11(3)
  • Noise Monitoring and Reporting Plan as required Condition 7(5)(a)
  • Protocol for the Measurement of Combustion Temperature and the Development of Time and Temperature Correlations
Environmental Compliance Approval Amendment dated October 24, 2014 The reasons for this amendment to the Approval are to approve the following:
  • to approve the proposed Bottom Ash Lime Conditioning System
  • to correct the typographical errors in the Notice of Amendment dated August 12, 2014
  • to clarify the intent of the Residual Waste equipment cleaning condition and to allow different bottom ash storage conditions during testing
Durham York Co-Owners Agreement Durham and York Regions contractual commitment to partnership
